Shane has recently been appointed as CEO of PSC Reliance Franchise Partners, which is part of the publicly listed PSC Insurance Group. He is charged with the brief to drive Reliance Franchise Partner’s unique model for the benefit of new and existing franchisee Partners and in turn to best maximise outcomes for their clients with respect to advice, tailored product coverage, price competitiveness and claims support.His career has spanned over 25 years and he has held various senior management positions; including key distribution and underwriting roles with multi national Insurers and Insurance Brokerages within the SME and Direct consumer sectors. Furthermore, Shane has had extensive experience in running UW agencies, establishing new joint venture ‘’start ups” as well as designing insurance solutions for niche industries, franchise’s and associations.Our franchisee Partners all have equity in their businesses and are intimately attuned to the needs of the business sector, being business owners in their own right. Our team is all working towards the same goal. We’re focused on making sure our Partners succeed and in turn, ensure clients are satisfied and remain long term partners by extension.Shane holds a Fellowship with the ANZIIF and has a Graduate Diploma in Senior Management.
